“I can’t recommend this studio enough, I haven’t been doing yoga long and had zero experience of yoga before starting here so I signed up for a beginner’s course which gave me the perfect introduction into the Ashtanga practice. The teachers were incredibly supportive with guidance, support and advice on necessary adjustments which gave me the knowledge and confidence to pursue my practise and to join the Mysore class, which I continue to go to today.”
