While we are still not able to offer a physical space to practice, our new online classes will bring the wisdom and practice of ashtanga yoga direct to you at home.
Self-Practice is what yoga is all about. For thousands of years Yoga, has been taught from teacher to student on a one-to-one basis taking a student through his or her own development at an appropriate pace.

It’s easy to get started online – but whether it’s your first time attending an online class, or you want to improve the experience – here are tips for getting the most out of your practice.
