Online Yoga Course – Level 2 (continuation of Level 1)

The perfect online (live) introduction to Ashtanga Yoga – six weeks long in depth introduction to Ashtanga Yoga background, practice and philosophy course.

While we are still not able to offer a physical space to practice, our new online courses will bring the wisdom and practice of ashtanga yoga direct to you at home.

This course is a continuation of your Level 1 yoga course. It is an opportunity for you to improve your yoga practice under a guidance of a teacher in an online setting while meeting in person at the studio is still not possible.

The course will be half led, half self practice, so we are not moving yet to a traditional self practice mysore style ashtanga.
