SIX WEEKS YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE (at the studio)

THURSDAY 6pm – 7:00pm  DATES 28/10/2021 – 02/12/2021

Join our six weeks long Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Courses for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS where we slowly introduce students to the practice, background and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. After completing one of our course students are well prepared to attend all our led classes and self practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga classes and they are ready to do 30 min long self yoga practice at home.  Those courses are open to everyone – the only requirement is a willingness to learn. BLOCK OF SIX WEEKS LED YOGA CLASSES (at the studio)

THURSDAY 7:15pm – 8:15pm  DATES 28/10/2021 – 02/12/2021

This is a series of guided ashtanga yoga classes suitable for beginners. The classes include the sun salutations, some standing postures, selected seated postures up to & after navasana (boat pose), a light version of backbends & selected postures from the finishing sequence, with a long relaxation at the end of each session. Modifications are given for each pose allowing you to experience the practice in a safe & controlled manner. More info and bookings here.
