SIX WEEKS LEVEL 2 YOGA COURSE

THURSDAY 6pm – 7:00pm  DATES 24/02/2022 – 31/03/2022

The course has been cancelled, sorry

TEACHER: Neila Drabble

This six week level 2 yoga course is a continuation of our absolute beginners course.

It is a series of workshops, care and attention to detail, and precision in learning the correct vinyasa system of Ashtanga Yoga mean that the student will progress quickly and develop a clear and enjoyable personal Yoga practice, bringing health to both body and mind. Those courses are open to everyone who completed our 6 weeks absolute beginners course.

After completing one of our course students are well prepared to attend all our led classes and self practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga classes and they are ready to do 45 min long self yoga practice at home.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Class numbers are reduced to 14 people per class (to adhere to social distancing).
On arrival you can choose whether you want to be hand adjusted or not during yoga sessions.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT

Yoga mats are available at sport shops and TkMax but it is best to buy one online as there are best quality mats available at online shops. There are a few links with mats that we recommend:

YOGA MATTERS yoga mats.
WARRIOR YOGA MAT. Very durable, good selection of colours.

Mats I personally think are the best on market (a bit more expensive but very good quality)
MANDUKA
PRO LITE YOGA MATS
