FIRST MYSORE STYLE CLASS IS ON TUESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER 6pm – 8pm

We are very happy to say that we can finally practice together again at the studio space! We missed you a lot! Join us at our weekly drop in Mysore style ashtanga yoga classes from Tuesday the 15th of September or if you had a break in your practice then you can join Aga for a 3 weeks long Refresher Yoga Course on a Friday night (first session on the 18th of September). THREE WEEKS YOGA REFRESHER COURSE (at the studio)

FRIDAY 6pm – 7:30pm  DATES 18/09/20 – 2/10/20

Aga is running a THREE WEEKS LONG REFRESHER YOGA COURSE for everyone who at any time in the past have attended our introduction to yoga courses or attended led or mysore style classes but for whatever reason had a break in the practice and would like to come back to it. It can be challenging to come to ashtanga self practice classes after a long break, so this 3 weeks refresher session is design specially for you. We will slowly go through part of ashtanga yoga primary series focusing on breathing, alignment, modifications and preparing to mysore style self practice. This course is only for students already familiar with ashtanga yoga practice, not for absolute beginners. More info and bookings here.

SIX WEEKS YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE (at the studio)

WEDNESDAY 6pm – 7:15pm  DATES 30/09/20 – 4/11/20

Join our six weeks long Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Courses for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS where we slowly introduce students to the practice, background and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. After completing one of our course students are well prepared to attend all our self practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga classes and they are ready to do 30 min long self yoga practice at home.  Those courses are open to everyone – the only requirement is a willingness to learn.
