MYSORE, CHANTING, PRANAYAMA (at the studio)

SATURDAY 10am – 1:00pm  DATE 29/01/2022

This 3 hours session, taking place every last Saturday of the month, is ideal for everyone already familiar with ashtanga practice, who wishes to deepen their practice in the traditional way, as practised and taught in Mysore, India. There is an hour of chanting and pranayama at the beginning of the session following by two hours of mysore style yoga practice. More info and bookings here.

SIX WEEKS LEVEL 2 YOGA COURSE (at the studio)

THURSDAY 6pm – 7:00pm  DATES 24/02/2022 – 31/03/2022

This 6 weeks level 2 yoga course is a continuation of our absolute beginners course. After completing this course students are well prepared to attend all our led classes and self practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga classes and they are ready to do 45 min long self yoga practice at home.  More info and bookings here.

WEDNESDAY 7:15pm – 8:15pm  DATES 24/02/2022 – 31/03/2022

Join our six weeks long Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Courses for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS where we slowly introduce students to the practice, background and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. After completing one of our course students are well prepared to attend all our led classes and self practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga classes and they are ready to do 30 min long self yoga practice at home.  Those courses are open to everyone – the only requirement is a willingness to learn.
